Anyone handicapper that move lines like RAS?

As topic, RAS probably the one of the reputable handicappers for college sports..
Wondering is there any other handicappers that able to move lines for other sports...

i think kgc is one of the best, but it is hard to search covers to determine how much of his success is based on beating the current market price. Hard to find his past plays
