    Soccer Handicapping/Databasing
Hey guys, before i start making some bets, i wanna make a soccer database of stats. so far i have a spread sheet with average goals for and against a team, their home and away losses wins and draws and also their win percentages. all of these stats are takin over the past 5 years. what else do i need to make a successful soccer database. i am new at this so dont be too hard on me. im still working on the basics before i lose some big money

just starting with soccer myself, watched it all life but never bet on it on regular bases, will first make a Fantasy bet scenario up to august to see were I am at before betting money... soccervista.com is a good place..

Think you should have avg goals at home and away, depending on witch league homecourt's influence varies a lot, same is local rivalries etc... If interested in amount of cards per game / corners then you need info on that and the referee... sure someone else will make some better inputs for you, and for me for that matters..

Durito, how do u read the odds on soccerway.com? What does like 6 : 30 mean? I'm sorry I'm used to seeing like -110 or +110 for the favorites and underdogs. And also what does 1 X 2 with odds under them for both websites? And what type of odds are those. I'm sorry I'm new to this

            1 X 2 means home-draw-away

The odds are Euro-style. You should be able to figure out how to convert from that to US-style on your own. You can always google the formula.
