The only thing i ever noticed was "Winning at the slots" .It was a free guide to slots.

Slot tournament basic strategy is pretty mindless. Click that thing as fast as you can. Look for overlays in the prizepool, etc.

As far as other machines, I would focus on video poker. Bob Dancer would be a good place to start.

My grandmother won a couple of slot tournaments last month. She simple hits the max bet button as fast as possible.

Wongs book on casino tournament strategy contains a lot of obvious information but it's a decent primer.

I have had carpal tunnel and another repetitive stress injury (RSI) in my shoulder (serious).

I have to be careful about my max button pressing (not serious).
