How do you do your planning ahead and staying abreast of everything with minimal involvement + way ahead of time? This actually used to be easier in the pre-pc days in printed format.
Now there are too many new sports + international exhibition / friendlies + new leagues within sports + new Cup competitions international & national additional to regular play...in national / club along with international / nation formats.
Even just having the correct time zone can be a boondoggle. Ditto even actual match start time instead of just tv program time.
Soccer handicapping subset: linking all the different competitions so as you handicap a team you see all upcoming matches everywhere.
