I am very interested to find if it is an good bet to take plus 11/2 runs in baseball. I know several people that do minus 11/2 runs to get a large favorite down to an descent betting range, but i dont know very many people who take plus 11/2runs. What does everyone think.
does anyone ever bet plus 11/2 runs

#2Sharp people who are not afraid of chalk do play +1.5 lines. odds are lower, but +1.5 lines will hit more often. High probability bets will increase expected bankroll growth, as long as the bet is +EV.Comment -

#3think you would want to know how often home dogs lose by more than 1 as opposed to road dogs. i would expect a small percentage difference in favor of the road dogs.Comment -

#6I looked @ this and wondered what you were talking about, shoulda just typed 1.5 in your thread. I usually go -1.5 though, I don't like most odds on those +1.5 bets. I do this for baseball.Comment
