Dumb question for the day!

I was wondering, I use Sportsbook and why is it I can't parlay the points and the ML in the same bet. Is that standard?

In the same game? Of course not because of the obvious correlation.

Exactly. You can parlay money line wagers or points wagers, but you can not do both in the same wager.
