When should, if ever, you decrease your bet sizes or increase them?

For example, some ppl say that wins and losses usually come in streaks (is that statistically true?) so decrease when you've lost a couple games in a row, and vice versa.

I'd appreciate some thoughtful answers from experienced bettors!

The Century system is about the best betting system to keep you in the game over a season no matter how well or poorly you are doing.

But to address one question, you should never move your bet size up if you are losing. By losing I'd average over the last 30 games at least.
