    Handicap (spread) calculation in basketball
Does anyone know how to calculate probability of spread (handicap) in basketball game? For example I made a bet on CSKA Moscow +4.5 against Real Madrid with odds of 1.94, but on the game-day odds droped so much because of Covid-19 and Pinnacle closing line was already 1.93 for CSKA -10. I have tried counting it using american odds by adding -10 for each half a point, so if -10 for CSKA is -101.07 (vig-free), than +4.5 for CSKA should be -361.07 in odds. But for some reason it didnt worked out, because Moneyline was -407.85 for CSKA in this game so +4.5 shoud be even smaller in odds than that, or am I calculating something wrong?

I guess it's more or less accurate, but I wonder is there any difference between NBA and European basketball spread odds? Because the quarters are 12min in the NBA and there is an additional tab "Show more info" there you can write Over/Under line for more accurate calculations.
