    FREEPLAY clearance strategy
Best way to maximize a FP? My luck i will go 5-0 and waste the entire FP.

Can only bet straight. Cant do parlay strategy.

I have another book if that helps with ideas.

Pick the best dog price. Bet your balance and free play on the same dog moneyline. If you don't hit it, you don't have rollover. And the book might offer you another bonus.

unrelated to this specific example, but totally related to FP

rivers sportsbook gives actual bonus money as opposed to FP. i've never seen a book match the deposit with actual cash, only ever seen the FP move. so if you're in PA...

some books don't allow freeplay and regular bets on the same game, and you would be up against limits.

totally agree about the best dog moneyline, i would suggest the highest moneyline they will allow, and if you want to take the other side at a different book to hedge it off that makes it risk free.

should get about 65-70%, so on a $1000 freeplay you should get about $650-700 out of it, even if they only allow up to +200.

other thing to keep in mind is don't take anything that could be a push, yes it's rare but nfl games do tie, so i would stick with nhl/ncaaf/etc

How do you get 65%? By doing the underdog idea? I would be happy with that. My FP is worth 1k. They allow NHL MLs. seems that would be the highest one that i can do everyday until its used up. Have until 31st to use it and not started

To do this optimally, you need two books. You have your FP in one, and you hedge with the other. Do you mind saying which book? Some of them have special rules that change the math slightly.

I'm surprised no one linked this yet, but look at this calculator provided by sbr https://www.sportsbookreview.com/pic...ue-calculator/

You use this by plugging in the amount, the freeplay line and the hedge line.

            for example:

The largest money line in NHL you can get tomorrow is Ottawa. So this would be your freeplay side. If you were able to get the best line, you would get +230. To hedge, you bet the Tampa bay somewhere else, best line available being -255. So in the calculator, we would plug in:

            Freeplay Size: 200
            Freeplay line: 230
            Hedge Line -255

            The calculator would spit out:
            Hedgebet: 330.42
            Profit: 129.58
            Profit %: 64.79

So you would bet 200 FP at book A on Ottawa at 230. You would then bet Tampa Bay at book B for 330.42 of real money.

If Ottawa wins, you win 460 at book A. and lose 330.42 at book B for a profit of 129.58
If Tampa Bay wins, you win 129.58 at Book B, and lose 200fp ( but no cash) at Book A, for a profit of 129.58

If you are at a book from the bet pheonix family(Skybook, Bet Phoenix, BetMania) you are limited to +200 money lines I believe. If you at betonline, I think it is somewhat similar, but I don't remember.

65-70% with NHL is very optimistic. Baseball is much easier in that regard (-110 ps vs -105 ps and overnights). If you only have two weeks to clear it, I would be willing to settle for 61% to 62% which is much easier. I was trying to clear FP at bet phoenix family, and even during baseball, it was very difficult to get even get 63%, let alone 70% with the restrictions. You could also look at pucklines, but I think some places restrict you from these, but I'm not sure.

If you aren't hedging, it makes sense to bet the largest money lines with the freeplay. But you are gambling with that. There has been plenty of times where I only got 58% or less because I was unlucky with betting the freeplay unhedged. After that happend, I said never again will I not hedge. It depends on your risk tolerance.

That is a good situation to be in as betonline and heritage both have reduced juice hockey. One thing that you will figure out if you use the calculator, is that the best bet is often not the largest of the day, it is the one that is the shortest odds between.

                Example:
                230/-250 is 65.71%
                225/235 = 67%

Glad to hear it. Getting over 60% puts you ahead of the game. Unsophisticated people bet it like it is normal money, and only get around 48% or so. So you did pretty well. I miss the days when you could box 3 team parlays across different sites, and get 75% rf.
