Rules:
- Team must be up by 20+ to start the 4th Q.
- Game must be 10min Q's
- Odds at -125 or higher
- Must make bet in-between 3rd and 4th Q
- Do not make bet of any kind with less than 5mins left in Q.
Theory:
The theory is based on the idea that a team that is leading a game by 20+ pts in the 4th Q of International Basketball (with 10min Q's) - will not lose that Q by more than 4pts.
Example:
Real Madrid (69) vs Fenerbahçe (91) - Euro League
Fenebache leads by 22 going in to the 4th Q.
22 - 4 = 18
Wait until you can get Fenerbahçe at -17.5 then take it.
OR
If you have the option take Fenerbahçe +4.5 (4Q ATS)

The key to both of these theories is to sit and wait and watch the line until you get the number you want - and then hit it. You must be discipline and not play numbers that don't fit directly into the system.
Again - start off modestly because there can be streaks of bad luck in this system - but in the long run - it hits at about 59%
