Hey guys i love systems i love trying different systems thinking up different systems because lets be honest very few people have found the goldren grail of sports betting.
What i'm trying to do this time is I'll be tracking NBA & NHL since there years are just starting up. I'm going to be tracking every team in the NBA and NHL everyday doing daily updates on each team by a + which isn't good and - which is good...This system will help me out with daily,weekly,monthly, numbers on every team to see if there on the way up or down and by exactly how much. Let's say in the NBA a team loses 101-95 and they play the next night..let's say that losing team had a -15 in that game but still lost and the team there playing tonight is coming off a win and there last game i have them at a +28.. Ok so the losing team is coming off a loss but scored a -15 see if you just look at the score you see they lost by 6 but if you look further into those numbers how i'm doing it you will be able to see they lost but they played better then the team that won and scored a +28 and won you wouldnt be able to tell just looking at the score. Now i can't tell you how i come up with the + and - numbers but if you can figure it out
Now i'll try and get at least a week data for each league. Iv'e been doing NBA since Tuesday and NHL since yesterday. I no a week is nothing but im just looking for patterns too and such im also keeping track of opening lines for each game and there ML's too.
Let's take for instance tonight i have a NBA game i have Atlanta Hawks they played last night they got a -8 from my #'s they lost but they didn't play bad. Now there playing Denver tonight at home from my #'s Denver is +129 from there last game to this.. Now opening line was +8.5 for Atlanta i would bet Atlanta +8.5 and maybe even .25 on the ML.. I no it's going to take a little work but i think in the end this will be worth it.
Now i haven't back tested this why?? because you can't backctest this system it's gotta be done everyday you can't miss a day after you get each teams numbers otherwise it will be wrong. I'm just sharing with you guys a little something on what im gonna be doing, I no it's probly hard to understand but i'm pretty excited about it i think it will def yield + results just need more data for it.
