The delay is about 30 seconds.
I know that because SBROdds updates BEFORE my lines at Pinnacle (even when I'm logged out).
Why?

Why is Pinnacle showing me delayed lines?

maybe sbr is getting it from the XML feed? does anyone have experience whether pinnacles XML is real time and their website delayed?

I tested it by checking SBR odds feed for upcoming soccer games. When the odds changed for a specific game on the SBR odds page, I immediately (delay of a few seconds) checked the Pinnacle XML feed and for the three times I checked, the SBR odds page and the Pinnacle XML showed the same odds. If those are "live" or not I don't know.
