    What's the easiest way to calculate a given golfer's odds of beating a group of x golfers in a single round, if you assume you know each golfer's avg. score and each golfer's std. dev. Thanks.

      I don't know the answer to your question, but there's no way I'd bet golf at this time of the year. Since the end of the 2008 season two and a half months ago, you have no idea who's been really working on their game and who's been spending too time time at the dinner table and around the swimming pool.
