F1 Racing Betting System

How could I work out the data to see if the following system would be profitable or not?

$100 to win on the pole sitter
$50 to win on 2nd qualifier
Time span: Last 5 years

Are there any programs that do this sort of thing? Online services? Data warehouse I could use?

No way you can find race odds I'd venture.
