Sorry to have bothered you at dinner...I’m pretty much a loser and stay home 98% of the time if I’m not at work. So I may not have a clue when dinner time is. I couldn’t even drink this weekend as I had migraines and didn’t want to make it worse.

As for the situation, I am disappointed in Chaoz as I’ve always been friendly with him. He’s helped me out several times so I don’t want to take that away from him. However dropping players like that is the #1 unacceptable thing to do in any league. I won’t punish him or hold back any winnings in this league, but there is a good chance he won’t be invited back next year for this league. Maybe he will apologize for those actions and everything will work out, but for now I’m just going to let things go and see where we stand at the start of next offseason. For all I know, he won’t want to be in this league anyway.

On that note, I’d like to thank everyone for a drama free year in this league. It’s been crazy with COVID, but overall it’s been pretty smooth year. I wish the teams in the playoffs the best of luck. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like I’ll be there to enjoy it with you.

Lastly, I’ll be locking all teams out of the playoffs from making waiver moves. That way no players can be added or dropped from those teams.

Matty hope you’re feeling better. Nothing worse than a migraine. I’ll just say this and be done. I made a comment during the World Cup Poker Tourney towards Chaoz after he felt his team was treated unfair. In that comment I merely stated that SBR could not even verify what region he was living in (confirmed by Opti) so he probably shouldn’t have played, and just give it a rest. Couple hours later he proceeded to drop his players. Now we don’t play for huge stakes as I have family and friends play along with some of my close SBR friends but 1st place is $425 (oh by the way both you a peavy are huge favorites to win). To do that is totally unacceptable when one thing had nothing to do with the other. I don’t care if he apologizes or not, guys a jerkoff in my book and could go fuk himself for all I care. I will not play in another football league he’s a part of.

I'm in the finals, in two of my four leagues. I also missed the playoffs in the other two by mere points over several weeks, mostly because of Wentz.

You're not doomed. If McCaffery or any top guy goes down you're really fkd. Picking 8-12 (as I did in all of them), is you snap right back with your second pick in the 2nd round. You literally have to hit perfect on your top pick, have them produce basically every week, and never be hurt.

Considering most of those are RBs, because they are so hard to come by, I'm actually embracing the 7-12 spot in the frst round.

That being said, I have played a few auction leagues (including Astros err Phllys by his own admission), and completely dominated. Many players get hung up on "names" and will drastically over pay for players.

I'm game for two different leagues, increasing the buy-in here, or an auction league outright. It would def be fun and something different.
