Food and alcohol? Look at the guys belly. If you're taking steroids and you look like that, you're doing something wrong lol. When Miggy was at the Marlins he was a 20 year old kid. 20 year olds aren't even fully matured into their bodies.... You can be 20 and skinny and 5 years later you weight 50 more pounds.

Most guys still are trying to use some sort of PED. This goes for all sports. Maybe olympic athletes who are tested everyday.

The only MLB stars that I would be shocked to have used PED's in the last 25 years are Greg Maddux, Pedro Martinez and Derek Jeter.

Miguel Cabrera (calf) received a platelet-rich plasma injection on Wednesday.

He continues to undergo physical therapy while working his way back from a strained left calf. His goal is to return to the Tigers at the early estimate of his six-to-eight week timetable, which would be right around August 15.

August 15th might be too late for the Tigers to contend.
If they can't get back into the playoff chase, they might significantly, reduce Cabrera's playing time or shut him down if he's not 100% and save him for next year.
Tigers are in big trouble, if they can't bet back into it by the trade deadline.

sounds more serious than a strained calf

David Price is a free agent at the end of the season. He could be a nice rental for some club if the Tigers are selling at the trade deadline.
