TY Hilton tonight or Rueben Randle Sunday?

Yahoo Pro100. First in the league going against number 2, we're both 4-1. I'm starting Demarius Thomas against Jets and Roddy White against the Bears. Feel like Hilton is set to go off but Eagles secondary is so bad I just put Randle in the lineup. Sitting Terrence Williams no matter what this week so its Hilton or Randle, both on the road, for WR3. What should I do?

Right now he's starting Antonio Brown, Jeremy Maclin and Emanuel Sanders if that affects the decision for anybody
