Logan Thomas is Getting First-Team Reps for Cardinals in Practice
He could start this week as Carson Palmer is not getting better and Drew Stanton is still loopy. I should add that Palmer and Stanton both practiced but both in limited sessions.

Arizona Cardinals QB Logan Thomas will take first-team repetitions in practice Wednesday, Oct. 8, according to head coach Bruce Arians.

Thomas could be the starter by default in Week 6. Carson Palmer still isn't all the way back from his shoulder injury, and Drew Stanton is going through the NFL's protocol for concussions. Thomas has a rocket arm, but his 'say it don't spray it' accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.

GL to him. I never heard of him, but I don't follow college football.

Sounds like he'll start for sure against Washington. They signed Dennis Dixon to their practice squad to probably be the backup for this week.

Kid is very talented. Just hasn't put it all together yet. Arians could develop him into a quality starter.

ARI - QB Drew Stanton cleared to play

Source: FOX Sports Radio 910 - Mike Jurecki

Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals QB Drew Stanton (concussion) has passed all his exams and has been cleared to play in the Week 6 game against the Washington Redskins Sunday, Oct. 12.

                [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Stanton is not a lock to start and we might not know until game-time if he will start or if he will back up Logan Thomas, so Michael Floyd and Larry Fitzgerald owners can't get too excited yet, but things are looking up for Stanton.

ive heard it not out of the question that palmer might even play..who knows? seems unlikely it be thomas since stanton cleared concussion protocol but they certainly not saying. no matter who it is i think we can expect arians to have them testing the skins shit secondary early and often with deep passes. line shooting up makes me think someone knows it not thomas starting..

And now the Cardinals have gone from being forced to start their third string quarterback to having all three quarterback available! CARSON PALMER to start according to Rapoport.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Carson Palmer (shoulder) will get the start Week 6 against the Redskins.

Big news. Palmer was said to be throwing at just 80 percent on Friday, and coach Bruce Arians admitted he honestly had no idea who his quarterback would be this Sunday. Palmer missed the past three games with a nerve issue. His return will be a boost for the entire passing game, though we'd look for the Cardinals to work the offense around Andre Ellington in Palmer's first start in a month. Rookie Logan Thomas will likely be Palmer's backup.

Yeah, the line moving up to -6 says it all really. Thomas probably won't start.

most likely palmer with this movement, dont think stanton worth this many.. kinda sux cause i liked the value of brown in daily leagues but i like him better with stanton as they clearly have a connection... with palmer think floyd is a really good price, liked him w stanton but not as much as brown for the price tag..

What kind of information is this? Palmer has shoulder issues and Stanton has a concussion. So what are they supposed to do in practice? Aha! Let's have Logan Thomas throw to the first team receivers!

                            Palmer is playing

                            Injury reports mean nothing

Line already shot up to -6.5

                              this.

Logan Thomas is basically another Jamarcus Russel minus the hype.
