Montee Ball Could be Out Longer than First Expected
Getting an MRI Monday for what seems like pretty severe groin pull.

If he is indeed out a while, expect a committee of Ronnie Hillman and C.J. Anderson to fill in.

It would help if Peyton keeps throwing for 480 yards every game.

Ball sucks anyhow. Ronnie hillman potential low end rb1 now. Too bad I'm 9th in the waiver so he'll be long gone, fukk

Ball is starting to look like a bust. Any scrub off the street should be able to average more than 3.1 ypc in the Broncos offense. Shouldn't be hard to run when you are facing soft boxes every snap.

Looks like the latest report is saying he is out 2-3 Weeks.

ESPN's Jeff Legwold is reporting Ball's injury could cost him "as many as three weeks," though it sounds like he won't miss much more than that. A Monday MRI revealed Ball's injury will not require surgery. It's good news for Ball owners, as he's not done for the season and will miss brutal forthcoming run-defense matchups with the Jets and 49ers. The Broncos have a far more favorable stretch-run schedule, although it's fair to wonder if Ball might begin losing snaps to Ronnie Hillman, C.J. Anderson, and/or Juwan Thompson if they excel in his absence. Fantasy owners should try to keep Ball stashed as an injured RB4.
