How does fd have such a large market share with this bad service

So fd wrongly graded a bet and are acting like it’s something they’ll get around to eventually. It should have been a push/void bet and they issued a loss which means some people got paid that weren’t supposed to. Obviously that would probably be something pretty important for a sportsbook to figure out right away. Not 6 hours later telling me it’s been escalated. They took my money that’s not theirs and there is no one you can speak to. Their rules for table tennis state-

• In the event of a table tennis game not taking place or begins and does not finish, bets on the game which have not already been unconditionally determined are declared void.
• In the event a game is not decided competitively, for example a player is given a walkover, bets on this game are declared void.

I’ve attached my bet. They played 1 game and it ended. It’s pretty cut and dry idk how a place with half the market share doesn’t even know their own rules and when they mess up take days to regrade a bet?

They won’t regrade they made up a score and said it went final. Even thou every single reputable scoring site says the same thing fan duels own scoring says. That only 1 game was played and 1 point in the second game. I’ve provided proof from every single reputable site that the game didn’t finish they won’t show any proof where they came up with their score. I can’t believe fd would do something like this. I don’t think they’re stealing my money intentionally I think they’re stealing my money out of pure incompetence

This is the email they sent me, despite it literally still saying the correct score on their own site. As I said all the sites have the scoring as 1 game and 1 point in second game. A couple sites say 3-0 however it’s clearly a mistake as they don’t have scoring like they do for every other game

Fanduel will only care about results posted by the official league website.

As far as I can tell the official TT-Series site shows all matches between these two as completed.

Everyone knew about Fanduel and Draftkings because they were in fantasy many years and did an absurd amount of advertising when they started taking bets.

Yeah, that’s beyond frustrating — especially when all official sources back your side. sounds like they’re either being lazy or just hoping no one pushes back. Keep pressing them, you’ve done your part with the proof.
