Opted into promo last night Bet 4k Get 4k Fancash
    5 days to bet $4k
I start betting, every bet I need to toggle the scroll bar so I’m getting credit for the promo and it’s actively keeping track of how much I wagered so far. I placed about 1k in bets then went to sleep. I wake up go to bet again and the scroll bar is nowhere to be seen when I’m placing my bets. I look in promos and the promo has disappeared. Unbelievable so after I start placing bets on my way to $4,000 the promo disappears. Can’t make this shit up. Hopefully they honor and rectify this or I would like to cancel all my wagers placed.

Fanatics sucks, I closed my account last week…just was getting to the point it was pointless sending them anything. I’ve closed Fanatics, Caesars, FD, DK and BetRivers and sure I’m missing one so far this year. Probably not popular on this board but all the US books suck, they’ve pretty much destroyed this once great industry for the players. Going back to strictly offshore from here out.

I did the same, basically 90% of my action is now through Betonline and a little on the crypto only books like sportsbet.io and cloudbet.

Why would it be unpopular to tell your truth on SBR?

Don't try to paint us as some unfair, bias to certain books, shill betting forum that deletes posts about sponsors and rejects fair criticism from posters!!

You can go to other paid to be bias toward offshore forums to act like that any time you want. But do not suggest SBR is that immoral and plays its users like suckers like elsewhere.

That said, anyone who feels like 5+ different major licensed books not wanting your business is only to do with THEM sucking, probably has no choice but to risk your money at dodgy books if you want to keep playing the same way you do. What really sucks is that you are so used to forums that play you for a sucker that you assume SBR does too.

I had my Fanatics Sportsbook account suspended and then permanently closed within mins—without any request for verification, no investigation, and no explanation beyond “suspicious activity.” I asked multiple times for details, access logs, or a chance to respond. They refused every time.

For all I know, my account may have been compromised, but Fanatics never gave me the opportunity to verify or recover it. I requested my personal data under privacy laws and asked for confirmation of their denial. Still nothing. oh i started play on 6/29/25

Fanatics do appear to have more careful new player management than average.

From your description, and the quick action they took, it's almost certainly that something about your signup data matched a black list. That could be using a device or connection that they have seen before and linked to an account they have banned, an address they have seen before, a deposit method they consider compromised or can see has had charge backs on it, a location close to a hotspot of activity they don't like and things like that.

When this happens most books wont give you any details as they do not want to assist people get around the system next time.

In my experience the only way to get more information is to request the state regulator to investigate the reasons for you.

If you want a hand to navigate that let me know your state.
