Rice -1.5 ?
Shouldn't Rice roll over Southern Mississippi at home? I think Rice should be posted at -13. Rice just seems to tough at home to be only a point and a half favorite.

I have Rice tomorrow and I like them, but it is no lock.
Rice's run defense is awful. They haven't given up less then 150 rushing yards in their last 5 games, including North Texas! Southern Miss has Damion Fletcher who hasn't had a great year but might break it against a lousy rushing defense. If Southern Miss can move the ball on the ground and keep Rice's offense off the field, they may come out on top.
That said, I thought there was good value in Rice -3.0... Rice -1.5 at home on value alone is worth a wager. But I wouldn't bet the house on it.Comment -
