    Kent V BC ...?
    Hey Everyone

New to the forum ... not new to the CFB betting world.

Im interested to see what your opinion is on the Kent state V Boston college game tomorrow. I'm thinking on betting heavy on the -9.5 BC. The game is on a neutral field (albeit, in Ohio). The way I see it, BC should have an easy time with Kent State. Even with the loss of Ryan and a question mark at RB, the eagles are bringing back their top receivers (gunnel and robinson) with a good OL and a beast of a defense. I think Crane, the replacement QB, is a 5th year and should be able to handle the BC system well.
The BC D is loaded in the front 7 and should be more than adequate in containing KS's only real weapon, Eugene Jarvis at HB. They should have a virtually 1 dimensional offense, as Kent has a shaky OL, A QB who threw for 7TDs and 9INTs last year, and unproven (and underutilized) receivers.

What do you guys think? Even with BCs unproven O, Im considering betting it heavy.

Other Picks this week (if ya care):

Vandy Straight Up over Miami OH -- Win
    South Carolina -14 --- Win
    Oregon State -3 --- Loss
    Temple -7 --- Win
    Rice -3 --- Win
    Missouri -9 --- Pending
    Boston College -10 --- Pending
    Clemson -4.5 --- Pending
    Fresno St +5 --- Pending
    Idaho +27.5 --- Pending

The BC game is my only big bet this week.

For what it's worth, I like Kent +9.5. They return most of their team and are healthy finally and may be able to keep it interesting. BC is the better team, but the inexperience at QB and RB may hurt their chance to cover. I'm making a small play on Kent.

BC is my favorite play this week; everything you said is spot on. I have BC as a top 15 team this year and expect a four or five touchdown win. Also agree on Missouri, but a smaller play. GL to you.

I would think about that... Kent State won one game last year. BC does need a great QB to dominate KS. They just need somone who doesnt turn the ball over. To tell you the truth I think they can have 4 turnovers and still have a chance to cover. KS needs to have the best game they've played in 1 + yrs to not lose by the spread.

Crane is a 5th year senior looked good in scrimages and knows the system he will be fine against kent state . Kent state is a running team against BC's D line is a brick wall. Haden is a true freshman RB for Bc but is a stud. BC is the play for sure. Good luck

Yup, BC is the play of the day, it's a steal at -10. I already have two units on it and will add to it when the books open this morning.
