    Gators/Hurricanes Rivalry
Looks like Florida and Miami are all set to renew their one-time rivalry. The Gators and Hurricanes, who from 1938 to 1987 met 53 times, have scheduled a home and home series to take place in 2008 and 2013. The Gators will host the Hurricanes on Sept. 6, 2008, and UF will travel to the Orange Bowl to conclude the series on Sept. 7, 2013. For the record, Miami holds a 28-25 all-time lead in the series, and has won each of the past 6 meetings.

A little off topic but the NCAA should put in place where these typical national power teams have to play real non-conference games. With no tournament, this makes it easier to decide who is good and who sucks. So many times, you'll see a team like Texas play Rice, North Texas, and someone like Tulane for their non-confererence. This past year excluded. Or Michigam playing Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, and Kent State. Happens every year. In all of the football that is played, you'll get 3 or 4 bigtime non-conference match-ups. Thats including games like Florida-Florida State which has kind of fell off in recent years.

Lets be real, is Hawaii ever going to beat USC? or is the The Citadel ever going to beat a mediocre Auburn team?

Better for ratings and better football if every team does that.
