Found this forum a few weeks back, and have been reading almost daily since that time. Great information, and a lot of you seem to really know your stuff! Thanks for the insight, I will be posting what I play on this thread, to receive feedback from you all.
I am working on becoming less aggressive. I used to frequently bet my entire bankroll on games. In truth, I have been very successful. In the past 2 months I have turned $900 into over $7,000. I have all of my logs and will gladly demonstrate that to anyone who doesn't believe me. The issue is I did it the WRONG way. I assumed unnecessary risk and I am not delusional to think that I am any smarter than any of you. If you put in inordinate amount of money on the line, and win for a couple of weeks it can be easy to do what I did. The issue is I can't replicate it over a long period of time, if I keep betting the house it's only a matter of time until I'm homeless. Last night I teased the Over/Under for the OKst and A&M game to 80.5, took the under and bet just short of $5,000 on it. Winning $420 was nice and all...but if it went into overtime I was SCREWED. Needless to say I am making this thread so I can work on betting less aggressively, finding more value, and being held accountable.
