Can Tulsa cover 10.5 @ Memphis ?

I see that Tulsa is ranked 8th in passing (310.3) so I guess they'll put up a bunch of points .... Can they cover 10.5 on the road ? I'm considering a play on them but can't pull the trigger just yet ... What do you think about this game ?

Memphis has improved much quicker than I thought they would, and the defense has looked very good the last 2 weeks. Id take the points with Memphis if I were to play it.

Tulsa defense is really bad that I'd have a tough time feeling comfortable with my money being on them while they are on the road.

this actually is exactly what i was going to say. i highly doubt i will play this but there really is only one play, and that's memphis and the points.
