    Why is UNC @ Rutgers a pick'em??
I know UNC has been decimated by ineligibility, but what has Rutgers done to inspire any confidence? Score a whopping 6 first half points against Norfolk State? Struggle to beat FIU?

Unless something even worse is coming down the pike for the Heels, I don't see how they're not a 2 TD favorite.

Oh I never said I was going to bet on this game, I just wondered why one of the most talented teams in the ACC isn't getting points against a Big East also-ran. On paper they should dominate this game, no matter how much TJ Yates sucks.

I don't necessarily avoid ACC games because ACC teams are bad. After all, you can still make money on bad teams (New Mexico this season has made me a bundle). What makes me want to run and hide at the thought of ACC Football is the *inconsistency*. This is a league where a team can lose to a I-AA team one week and then obliterate the team that was in the drivers seat for the conference title the next. The preseason media made it seem like this was the year that Miami, FSU, VT, and UNC would simultaneously be *back* and that Clemson and GT were also legit. Now there's a good chance that Virginia and NC State could end up playing for the conference title!

        ACC >>> Big East

        And that is sad.

I've been wondering the same thing

My guess is Vegas (and most of the public) won't pay attention to this line. They see on paper UNC is 0-2 and Rutgers is 2-0 and at home.

Heels should easily win this one. I'm goin' on it, but only for .5 units.
