I did end up playing NC State last night but was unable to post it so I will not count it towards my record.

Friday 9/17 Updated Leans:
Southern Miss -6
Nevada +3 (-120)

Both are light leans so if I end up doing anything it will be for no more than 1 unit.

I am also Leaning on Nevada, they impressed me last year and bring back much of that team. Dissagree with Southern Miss though, Kansas will be flying high and should keep it close. Penn St, Central Mich and Hawaii are my initial thoughts on the weekend.What about Minn covering the spread vs USC? USC cant seem to pull away from anyone and play down to the competition.

kernssca- I do lean Minnesota tomorrow. USC hasn't done anything in their first two games that shows me they can cover 11. I also like the fact that everyone is on USC and the line has moved in Minn's favor. I haven't looked at the Penn St and Central Mich games, but I did look at Hawaii. I lean Colorado that game. It's their home opener and I think Hawaii is getting a little too hyped up. Coming off a 52-7 blowout at Cal last week, it's easy to want to fade them.

Sundae- Thanks, thinking the same thing. I ended up not pulling the trigger on Southern Miss (hope they still cover), but if Nevada covers it will be a nice start to the weekend, even though I wasn't able to post NC State (as previously stated). GL to you as well

Nevada +3 (-120)- 1 Unit- W

Big W for the Wolfpack last night. Controlled the game for pretty much all four quarters. The D came up with big plays when they needed it. Pick 6 by Johnson in the 3rd was the turning point IMO. Kaepernick played by far his best game I ever saw him play (granted I only saw a few of his games).

Saturday- 3-2 (+1.8 Units)- wish I pulled the trigger and added the extra unit to the VTech and Colorado plays. Oh well, kinda got lucky with the VTech game anyway.
