Interesting trend that went 14-6 this week
Put this together last night and then tracked it today. I know theres no real research here just a simple observation. Let me go ahead and say it now so you guys don't have to, "these are useless. there is no credibility to these things." so on and so forth.

Last night i went to vegasinsider and looked at all the games that had Line Movement of 2 points or more in any direction for either totals or spreads. I put all the games in an excel spreadsheet which I attached and I included opening and closing lines from the hilton, and then I put down which way the line moved (i.e. Toledo was only getting 7 and ended up getting 10, so the line moved in favor of toledo). You guys can check it out if it's something that may interest you. It went 9-4 on sides and 5-2 on totals.

    Like the avatar ackem.

So going against the line movement showed a profit?

Edit: Wow according to my spreadsheet reverse line movement bets went 2-8. Couple of those bit me in the ass.

It was actually going in whatever direction the line moved, that showed profit. Some examples include:
UTEP/Houston Total opened up at 73, moved up to 75, and the game went OVER.
Virginia went from +18 to +20 and Virginia covered.
Duke/Wake Forest Total went from 50 to 52.5 and the game went OVER.
