ND is a very tough place to play. The grass is about 8 inches high. everyone is one the Denard bandwagon after one game. Public is loving the Wolverines, I will take my chances and lay the 3.5 at EV on bodog.

For the really big games, ND fans step up to the plate. I was there for USC 2005 and the year we played Penn State at home and the place was absolutely rocking (06 I believe?). Unfortunately I've also been there for a lot of games where the crowd is pretty terrible.

But in response to your question, on average, ND's home field is less advantageous than the schools you mentioned. The reason is that there are craploads of 1. older people who have tickets and 2. people who don't drink heavily. It's a problem!

I think the homefield will be fine today. Rain + excitement for this game + excitement with Brian Kelly. The students are fired up, and the crowd feeds off of them.

This is such a tough call. I have no idea who to take. I think Michigan is better, but BK can make things happen as a coach. I may just sit this out.

Seeing a lot of comments about Robinson wont run all over ND like he did aginst UCONN last week... he doesnt need to, just the fact that he did it last week will have a big effect on this game... Notre Dame has to worry about him running constantly, which should open up some big pass plays
