-13 seems a little low, especially when Marshall got pounded on the ground @ Ohio St. and now they have to deal with Noel Divine. Does Vegas know something I don't? I feel like this might be a trap

It does seem a little low but take into consideration it's at Marshall & this is huge game for them against a in-state rival.
