Funny you came to that ignorant conclusion. Look at the map again. You have several SEC states barely siding with yes along with Iowa Oklahoma and Nebraska (that is denoted by the light blue shade). Now why do you think SEC states, Iowa Oklahoma and Nebraska would not really want them to play for the national championship? Its not because they are afraid to play them...

Ding ding ding... they don't want one of the spots to go to Boise when it could be them

It's more like confidence....stats back it up. How many years have we seen Ohio St lofted into the title games...and go 0-9,10 against the SEC. There is a reason why year in and year out the SEC title game is a mini Natl Championship game.

Auburn is always a great game...but I don't see them knocking us off. It will be a high scoring game though if this Newton kid stays healthy all year for the Tigers.

Hard to blame them. Boise's schedule is absolute garbage. It'd be the equivalent of Bama playing LSU then the rest being CUSA crap teams.

By the way, last time Boise went on the road to play a SEC team, they were a$$-raped by UGA.

This is not your father's Boise St team. This team will compete in the SEC. I rate them higher than LSU, Georgia or South Carolina of this year. On a neutral field they will give Alabama a tough fight.

As was Hawaii a few years ago vs UGA...and that 'powerhouse' Cincinnati last year vs the Gators. WHOLE different level of play in the SEC

Most memorable commentary when Hawaii played UGA was 'Mushberger' saying "Hawaii will be lucky to just get out of here without any of these kids getting seriously injured"

Thats because it would be a waste of time. BAMA is bigger faster and stronger than ateam that was tired and fortunate to get by Vatech, Its amazing how all the HATERS cant stand for BAMA to be on top. should BOISE climb the mountain and earn it then I will give them credit. Not a moment sooner. So we would rather play a real opponent i.e. TEXAS.......get a clue
