Prop Bet: Navy -2 First Downs
Let me know your guys thoughts on this prop bet. I like it with the triple options just eating away at first downs and I think they can grab more than 3 more than Maryland in this game. Let me know your thoughts. I am already on it for a unit but just curious what the community thinks. Thanks

big plays kill 1st downs. The option is a big play machine vs an inexperienced defense. Maryland is the one that will eat up clock and get 1st downs. Just my .02

Well I have a play on Navy too so hopefully it gets some big plays and a bunch of first downs in the process.

I think anytime you get your money in the middle of the table on a better team without giving up too much juice, things are good. The better offense without much juice...win or lose, I think this is a solid bet.

i agree 100%. Stick to winning teams with a low number to cover and you should be good. I died with Army being a 9.5 fav and they won by 4. Same situation as here, they were playing an 0-12 team from last season. They were the better team but the number was too high.

1st Half went well for the prop bet. First down count is Navy - 14 and Maryland - 6. My side bet on Navy is scarring me. They left way too many opportunities on the field. Should be at worst 14-13 Maryland. 2 red zone possessions that yield nothing and a field goal off the post.

Yeah, Navy has this prop in the bag...should be up by 2 scores...oh well, maybe 2nd half they'll stop giving away chances.

Only had action on the prop bet then came back and said you know what, i like Navy to take the game too. Should have just stayed on the prop. Here is to hoping for a dominate second half.
