    NCAAF Week Two Picks
    College Football 2010-2011 Overall 2-3 -2.40 units (40.00%)
    College Football 2010-2011 2 Unit Plays 0-1 -2.20 units (0.00%)

    (Boise St -1.5 Pending)

Went 2-3 to start the season. Week one got off to a good start with Minnesota holding on to beat Mid. Tenn St, was at work and Pitt was on at the same time so pretty much got to see none of that game. Michigan looked great against Uconn, particularly Robinson but I dont think that says Michigan will be having a good season at all. Uconn looked terrible and couldn't tackle anything. If Robinson can do that to Notre Dame (even though there not that great either), then I'll start believing the hype. UNC game was interesting and they probably should have won that game. LSU was winning the game 30-10 at halftime and ending up nearly losing it at the end. UNC got to the 5 and threw an incompletion with no time left. It looked like a pass interference call. That game told me a lot, UNC has heart and LSU blows. I think Jordan Jefferson is unbelievably overrated and Les Miles isn't that bright. Cinci game I didnt get to see but judging from the score I thought there offense would be a lot better with Collaros, turns out, maybe they do need Brian Kelly

My Leans For Week Two So far

    Miss St +3
    WVU -13
    Georgia +2.5
    Vanderbilt +10.5
    Iowa St +13.5
    Michigan +4.5
    OSU -10
    Tennessee +13.5
    Alabama -11.5

Just leans so far, any advice on these games would be greatly appreciated.

    updated record after Monday:

    College Football 2010-2011 Overall 3-3 -0.40 units (50.00%)
    College Football 2010-2011 2 Unit Plays 1-1 -0.20 units (50.00%)

50% all around. Pretty interesting game Monday night and I probably should have lost if not for a few terrible coaching decisions. Tyrod Taylor played a lot better then I have ever expected him too, he ran all over Boise. Though I do think that the humidity seemed to really get to them and they seemed kind of slow at times (Boise). I have no idea what Frank Beamer was thinking when he threw the ball with 2:00 to go. I have no idea what Frank Beamer was doing when he was throwing hail marys with a minute to go, with 2 timeouts, and down a field goal and there on the 30. But I will take it.

Auburn -2 to win 1 unit

Was gonna go with Miss St but doing some research I decided to go against it. Auburn has won the last 8 of 9 in this series. Auburn has certainly improved on there coaching situation last year with Chizik. The home field thing might help Miss St, but they apparently went winless all year at home. Auburn didn't have a great year on the road last year, but Auburn is an improved team with a good offensive line and a great running game and possibly a better QB.

Georgia +3 to win 1 unit

I think the under is certainly worth a look year considering how low scoring the history of the game is (other then last year). This will be a close game no doubt. I should probably wait for news on AJ Green , but I'm going with this mostly because of South Carolina being over hyped. For fucks sake they beat Southern Miss, and even though the defense looked good, Georgia's offense will put them to a whole new test. Not sure about Wilson and Allen coming back either which can affect them. Also even though South Carolina dominated Thursday night's game, they gave up 400 yards. They also gave up 53% on 3rd down conversions. I'm also not that biggest fan of Garcia, who makes some unbelievable mistakes at times.

Michigan +4 to win 1 unit

I just think that Michigan is the real deal along with Robinson. This is the exact type of offense that Rich-Rod loves and he had at WVU with that sin of a bitch Pat White. Notre Dame just had Brian Kelly come in with his system, and even though this team is loaded with talent like it always is, I think a team with a set and ready system will do better then a team just learning the ropes. Not too sure about Crist either unti lhe proves himself, and losing Golden Tate has to somewhat hurt. Also usually the underdog wins this game.

Syracuse +14 to win 2 units (bought have a point) -120

Solid running game and defensive front for Syracuse. This might be one of the better Syracuse teams I can recall. This maybe a mistake on my part, since Syracuse isn't great on the road, but I am 110% sure that Jake Locker is one of the most overrated QB's since Jevan Snead. Syracuse makes this a game.

I like Michigan as well but I don't know if they quite deserved the 71 top 25 votes they received. It sure seems they are on the right track though shredded up a good UConn D. I don't think ND is very good offensively, I think Michigan will be able to win both sides of the ball in this game.

Syracuse is a much improved team, i think they hang with the not-worthy-of-ever-being-a-DD-Fav Huskies. Also, Coach Richt always has his team play well on the road. Georgia wins the game
