If I were to bet it I would be Tulsa. I think they will come out the gates on fire and ECU will mount a 2nd half comeback.

Would be wiser just to parlay Tulsa -7 and whatever u wanted with the smu/tech game. I'm playing 2* 1h Tulsa -4, and Tulsa -7 for the game
