Week 1 Beat Down

Today was pretty much suck village for me. For every game I won, 2 lost. I told my writer friend at another sportsbook that my key pick was UConn, I had so much tied to it. This is a sharp guy and he had them on everything too. I don't know, when I find out that people I trust were on the same side, it makes me feel a little better about my loss. He was able to watch the game and said UConn's QB and RB looked good, but it was the porous def line that made Mich QB look like a stud today. I was impressed with Notre Dame today, and I plan on jumping on them early vs Mich next week.

Both flipping Washingtons got me today too. Based too much information on returning starters. Should have known good ole Washington St will always screw job it early in the season unless they are getting +45 and Jake Locker is not a deal closer. I really hate that guy.

Several bad lines hurt but mainly I just got really bet happy. Week 1 needs to go away now because I am scared how much I like Boise St on Monday.

keep your head up mate. we all go through this. just lower your units until you start hitting winners. Just an observation, byu opened as 3 point favs and closed a 1.5 (maybe 2) dogs at most plays. If you ever see this, bet the opening line fav. The public is not smarter than the line maker.

I cringed so much yesterday. Trapped at work and I have all my bets made, can't do anything at halftime...it's the best! It's week 1 and I can blame the hook for several losses. They are on top of this hardcore. Oh well, guess I have to look at it like we sucked a lot of new bettors in, they seemed to be the winners yesterday. And I would take ECU today if I was going to bet the game.

So I'm driving to work thinking about games from yesterday, realizing the sides I lost on were teams I would not have taken last year. I thought about how easy Tulsa/ECU would have went over last year and just made a quick impulse bet before work and it cashed. After I got off work I didn't even think about it. I stopped and pounded the heck out of Boise St. Mainly because I wanted to and Kellen Moore made me some cash last year. This is their biggest game of the year, they have a serious amount of seniors on the team, more returning off and def starters. They are sick of not getting due recognition and would love nothing more than to force fukk the BCS into the national championship game. The motivation and talent is there, I just hope they don't end up fukking me in the ass. Please be for real Boise boys, I'd like to go buy a few things. Or pay a few bills. Whatever, just win.
