Crazy CFB Parlays

Just for fun...and to keep some vague interest throughout a college football Saturday, last year I started playing 8-10 team parlays.
I picked all the huge favorites on the money line (-250, - 400, -600)
Ironically not 1 of my tickets hit all year, there was always at least 1 major upset, sometimes as many as 3....remember im talking HUGE favorites

Has anyone had any luck cashing crazy parlay tickets?

honestly, I have had decent luck on around 4-5 teamers but its not worth the risk IMO. anytime you approach ten teamers I would experience the results that you listed.. I mean I just calculated all the big favs in 1 parlay and on a 10 teamer it would be roughly +150 just using very rough figures on the ML's I have seen out there (-1500 on a few heavy favs) so in my calculator if I risked 150 it would pay 244... just not worth it.

So you learned a cheap lesson. Parlays are sucker wagers. If they were not, the books would allow and encourage them.
