Rutgers is still a talented team on both sides of the ball. Teel has little less than a month to prepare and heal for this game. Britt and Underwood are big time players. And not to forget ray rice at back. This wont be close. Yah Ball state has offense, but d sucks.

I tend to agree with your pick and the totals pick too. Ball State is thrilled to be in this game and they are making their first bowl appearance since 1996. Do ya'll remember when they got a little press early in the season after the Nebraska game?? Lol. As we found out, everybody scored on the Huskers this year. Rutgers made it clear early in the season to everybody they wanted a BCS bowl. Too bad, for the second straight year they got a bottom tier bowl game. Fundamentally, the talent level is pretty overwhelming on the defensive side for Rutgers and with a heathly QB, the offense is more potent than what America realizes will All American Rice. Schiano is in the same spot getting a disappointed team team focused again just like he did in last year's Texas Bowl against Kansas State. Rutgers need to thank that guy everyday for staying there being a head coach. I see Rutger winning by more than 2 touchdowns easily.
