texas/USC 2nd half line/ thoughts ????

I got a 2 team parlay Texas +7 and under 35

the thing that scares me about my texas "full game" bet, is the fact that USC always started slow in the first half of games this year.

you guys think it might be smart to try and middle this one, or just go for the kill ?

I took Texas +7 @ -105. It doesn't look like Texas is having any trouble moving the ball against this USC defense and they will be getting the ball first. They are stopping themselves. I don't know what it is but Leinart just didn't look like himself in that first half. USC is known for their halftime adjustments though.

Good post. USC's defense looks lost, and most importantly they aren't getting any pressure. Leinart has OK numbers, but I agree, he doesn't look like himself. I can just see him thinking, "Damn, Arizona St. wouldn't have stopped that play."

Im not to sure, SC does start off slow and finishes with a flurry. So I will just ride out my Texas game bet, and hope things are the same in the 2nd half, just without all those Texas miscues.
