Last Week 8-2-1 +6.37 Units
YTD: 52-37 +11.88 Units 58%
SBR What is up.
Shout outs to my people: pags, peyton, looker, shrax, teasem, prickbea ter, nevada,Doc Js,Largemouthbass,Checker, rjt and anyone else I accidently forgot.
Been a pretty good season so far hopefully it continues. Have three double digit favs this week which is not my style but I had to take Vandy and TT and pags11 talked me into Nevada.
Here are the plays..
1.5* Texas Tech -12.5
TT has won by at least two TDs in all home games this season. Never been a fan of Colorado away from home anyway. Buffaloes QB Cody Hawkins is an INT machine (has 14 INTs) and a shaky QB who struggles in hostile enviorments.
Look at his two major road games this season
Vs Kansas St
19-41 223yds 0 TD 3 INT
Vs ASU
16-43 162 0 TD 1 INT
On the other side of the ball you have Harrell who is a stud.
32 TDs and 7 INTs
I loved Missouri last week versus Texas Tech, and I think we should come right back and take TT against a road weary team who is fading away.
1.5* Arizona St -3
I know Torian is out but the backups performed very well and I expect the same in this game. Cal and Longshore are simply not the same the team who defeated Oregon in Autzen. This is a HUGE HOME game for the Sun Devils and we should expect a loud hostile enviorment. A lot of people I respect like Cal, but I don't think they realize how good ASU is. BTW my father has made a large wager on the Devils here.
ASU needs to come out strong. If they avoid a slow start I think they should cruise to a somewhat easy victory. I see Carpenter having major success versus Cal's secondary.
1.5* Nevada -16.5
(Simply following pags11)
1.5* Vanderbilt -13
(Mac vs Top Conference in the country SEC? C'mon
Vandy usually plays the underdog role but I think they will relish the favorite role here and put a beating on a Miami Ohio team who hasn't played a team with a pulse in 4 weeks and when they have played a team with a pulse got killed. I would not be surprised if Miami OH doesn't score against a solid SEC defense like Vandy. Vandy is pretty decent)
1.5* Ole Miss +18
(Too many points here. Auburn is very good but I'll take 18 points against Brandon Cox anyday. Auburn doesn't have the offense to cover this easy, they might but I doubt it. Auburn comes back to earth a little bit here. Inflated line due to recent success)
0.75* Georgia +10
0.75* Georgia +11
(Too Many points here. Florida is a great team possibly the best team in the country. I do think Florida is better than LSU. But it's not like this game is in the swamp. Georgia is a capable team and I had this line at 7.5 so when I saw 10 and 11 I had to take it.
Bulldogs are a good team
Killed Oklahoma St
Barely lost to So.Car
Beat Bama and Vandy.
Backdoor should always be open, I don't think Florida is going to be ahead by more than 17 at any point of this game..
1* Oregon -2
Was planning on putting three units on the Ducks but thought the line was going to be more. Autzen is going to be nuts and the key to winning this game will be Dennis Dixon. If he plays an above average game I'll be very surprised to see Oregon lose this game. QB play is very important in College Football. USC is either going to play a rusty Booty or a green Sanchez.
One thing that scares me is the fact that USC is always in the game, they never get blown out and they are always there. Carroll is an aggresive coach and that style might work.
I do think Oregon is the better team. It's all in Dixon's hands. Wish JJ was in the game.
1* North Carolina +7
North Carolina is underrated. Wake Forest a little overrated. I see a close game that comes down to the wire.
0.5* Penn St +4
Expecting another close game here. PSU has impressed me this season they are good. OSU playing a hostile enviorment might slow them down a bit. I don't think OSU will have much offensive success here. Small play though.
Well good luck everyone. Feedback is always appreciated.
Hope you have a good week.
