The game between Cal and Stanford, scheduled to be played on Saturday in Berkeley may be cancelled due to extremely poor air quality due to the fires in the area. Many Hoops games have already been cancelled. Both schools, as well as the Pac 12 are looking at other options. Both teams have games next week, so a postponement is not an option unless it is a two week postponement.

really curious how bad the smoke is in san fran (was thinking berkeley in particular) and sacramento.......... here in vancouver (canada) we've had it fairly bad for smoke 3 of the last 4 years. a reasonably sized city in northern canada had the smoke such that it was like night time at 10 in the morning

Since neither team has a chance to play in the Pac 12 CC game, December 1 was available. How bad is it? Be thankful that you do not have to breathe it.
