UNLV (+4) at Nevada??

UNLV has been looking pretty good. Gave Wisconsin a struggle, before losing a fairly close game. Beat up on favored Utah at home last week.

Nevada (University of Nevada at Reno) has ... uhh ... beat Nicholls State at home. Lost to Nebraska and Northwestern on the road. I don't think Nevada is any better than about fourth in the WAC (Hawaii, Boise State, Fresno State). It appears to me that Nevada's offensive line might have some problems, and that is always a key for me.

I know some people think Nevada has talent (good linebackers, for example), and they opened the season with a tough road trip. Also, this is a big intrastate rivalry, and is probably a bit unpredictable. But I'm thinking of putting some $$$ on UNLV.

This opened at about +6, and went up and down wildly, and I missed all that. However, I still think it's a decent bet at anything over a fieldgoal.

Any thoughts?

lean to Nevada here...under Ault as a home favorite, Nevada is something like 70% ATS...

I haven't been able to figure out why Nevada is favored in this game. Taking UNLV as my best bet in BTP this week.
