idaho has gave up 6, 42, 20, 31, 29, 25, 23, 70, 34, 31, 63, 52 points in games this year. with the only team worth even watching is No. 6 Boise State, losing 63-25 . Bowling Green beat Troy, lost to Missouri, Boise State 49-14, Central Michigan.

I posted this in other places but:
Idaho basically has home field advantage, a better rushing attack (Falcons DT Alvarado is out) so they will be able to rush (avg. 160 yrds/game) and keep the Falcons Sheehan and Barnes off the field. If you look at total yards, total pts., rushing yards (which by the way is double what B.G. averages) and home field advantage....I think you can make a good case for a win by Idaho.

I hope that people are watching bowl games and learning something. This is the same logic that people used for Miami, Fresno St., ....etc. Those scores don't mean jack. Idaho's QB was out for 3 of those and by the way....still managed to rack up huge yardage. The motivation is there...Idaho wants to close out the season with a win in front of the home crowd filled with several thousand alumni and fans. Goodluck on whatever you bet but these are bowl games you can throw out season match ups and streaks. Theyve had plenty of time to prepare for B.G's pass happy offense.

I'm going against the grain here and picking Bowling Green. They have, by far, the best player on the field in Freddie Barnes. Idaho's defensive issues scare me. They have given up over 400 points this year. I think the BG passing game will pick them apart and the Idaho running game won't be able to keep up. We'll see. Good luck to everyone.
