First post as a member of this forum...been checking out this forum for a while now just now made myself a member

but heres my Saturday's bowl game picks

Marshall +3 : even though ohio has a better record, most of the teams they played were weak and from a weaker conference and most of losts Marshall have been really really close and hopefully Marshalls running back who's name is also Marshall will be close to 100% close to gametime.

UNC +3 : After a VERY CLOSE bowl game lost to WV last year(thanks to pat white) its now time for Butch Davis to rebound and being that the game is in charlotte,nc will be like a home game to UNC, expect a lot of UNC fans to show up, therefor UNC wins close. Expectations of UNC's defense is high.

USC - 7.5 : I'd say another home game advantage for USC, since the bowl game will be played in California, BC doesn't have much of a defense, but their offense usually when they click, they're on fire. Hopefully USC's defense shows up...if not I'm expecting an offensive game.

The only one that makes me feel like a longtailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs is the Marshall pick...i believe Ohio will win it in a shootout...

60% chance of rain tonight, so I think a high scoring game is probably not a real good bet. B.C. should have the crowd with them because most locals in the Bay area do not like USC. B.C's defense averaged less than 20 points given up per game. The offense is averaging about 26 per game. USC's offense averages about 27 per game and the defense gives up around 20 per game. B.C. has not scored more than 16 points in their 4 losses. USC has not scored more than 21 in their 4 losses. 7.5 may be too much to give. On paper, this looks to be a pretty even game, and even though USC isw obviously more talented, do they realy want to play tonight? Pass.
