The SEC has been dominating recruiting for the last 15 years. It's really no secret. Top to bottom with the exception of Vandy and sometimes Kentucky, usually the entire SEC is in the top 25. It's pretty sick.

Happens every year. Thats why the Defenses in the SEC are so fierce. Only conference with NFL defensive ends on about every team.

It is way too early to gt excited about this. Let's see what happens on signing day. The difference between ESPN, Rivals, and Scouts is rediculous.

the difference is ESPN has the bankroll to hire actual scouts around the country to go and watch prospects play.
where as Scouts just reads box scores from the local papers.

I wouldn't go that far. They are both just as much about the hype.

I agree. Scouts, Rivals, and ESPN are all basically worthless. Out of 40 5 star selections they may get 10 right. It gets worse from there. W#hat none of these alleged experts take into account is that schools go after specific types of players. If USC needed a QB, they would go after a pro style QB. If Michigan needed a QB, they would go after a Spread Offense QB. That does not mean that one QB is better than the other. It all has to do with team needs. That is why the rankings are so inconsequential.

ESPN scouting seems to be pretty solid imo...rivals and scout not so much sometimes.
