^^^ Losing teams always call timeouts at the end. What's wrong with that? It's always done. Petey didn't like it when Harbaugh did it to him a few weeks ago.

Of course his excuse - "I thought we had a shot at it", stay classy Petey.

Neuheisel is a horse's ass. He thinks that the only way to out-recruit USC is to try and show them up. Since he can not do it on the field, he has to show the world that his teams never quit. He called time out when USC was trying to run out the clock. He paid the price. He is now 10-14 at UCLA in two years. His predicessor was 13-13 in his final two years. Does that tell you something? I guess it is time for Neuheisel to do what he does best. Cheat. He obviously can not succeed legitimately.

If UCLA wants to continue the game by calling a time out, then they have to play all defense, not just the running game.

Tells me that Karl Dorrell left the cupboard fairly empty.

UCLA's last 6 recruiting class rankings

2005: 26th (this years RS SR; recruited by Dorrell)
2006: 17th (this years SR / RS JR; recruited by Dorrell)
2007: 40th (this years JR / RS SO; recruited by Dorrell)
                    ------------------------------------------------------------
2008: 13th (this years SO / RS FR; recruited by Neuheisel)
2009: 14th (this years FR; recruited by Neuheisel)
2010: 15th (next years FR; recruited by Neuheisel)
