usf has done nothing to impress me, i go to fsu and was in town for the game. they got 2 75 yard td passes and that was all that they got. carlton mitchell is out. rutgers has a better turnover ratio, better red zone efficiency % in conference. in a low scoring game (going by posted total), those 2 things play hugeComment
