in college, a lot of the times the over is the play in night games, just like monday night football in the nfl. the offense gets excited and wants to show off to the national crowd. i remember last week i slammed tulsa and over against houston because of the weird line and back number, as well as the public percentages. as far as the side goes, it was something like 95% on houston and 5% on tulsa, with the line moving from -3 to a pick in some places (thank god i got them at +1.5). however, the back number went from something like 66 to 71 in about an hour. i remember hitting refresh on my site i go to for lines every minute or so and being amazed at the extreme line movement considering only 70% of the public was on the over. sure enough, 91 points were scored in the game. that wasnt the only night game and didnt receive the attention this one will, but you see where im going. tonight is the same situation. both of these teams have been involved in extremely high scoring games and, well, its the mac, so not a lot of defense gets played. vegas is seducing the squares into the under, hoping people think to themselves. "it cant POSSIBLY go over if its that high", especially with the decently low scoring mac affair last night. only 67% of the public is on the over tonight, meaning vegas got a fair amount of people to bite on the under. i LOVE the over in this, got it locked in at 63, and i expect somewhere around 80 points. good luck to all
