The past few Fridays in between getting off work and going to bed, I relax by taking an hour to look into FCS spreads, as 5Dimes does off them at increased juice (-120). Sure, the Jim Beam and Xanax cause the majority of the relaxation, but even still, it's fun to see if there is line value anywhere in the FCS. I make only small wagers, but I give you my word that I'm ahead on FCS games. Here are my picks this week
TENNESSEE TECH +42 @ Georgia
This has been a fairly awful year for the Bulldogs, and it's hard to see them giveing 2 $hits about this game. 6 TDs is a bit much
OLE MISS-27.5 vs. N. Arizona
I get the feeling ole Miss wants to take their frustration out on someone. Why not do it vs. a team from Flagstaff?
E. KENTUCKY +31.5 @ Kentucky
EKU has a lot more to play for than UK. Plus, EKU played Indiana tough (6 pt. loss) early in the season.
COLGATE+7.5 @ Lafayette
Apparently this is a pretty even matchup that could go either way. I know nothing about either team, other than record wise and stat wise, it's pretty even.
TEXAS ST. +7 @ C. Arkansas
Texas St. is off an upset of Stephen F. Austin, and has much more on the line as UAC is ineligible for the playoffs, due to their recent transfer to Div. 1. Texas St. also has a better record in the conference. Not sure why the spread is what it is.
