HARRY'S WEEK #10 PLAYS (64-37 for the season)
Went 5-3 last week to bring the yearly tally to 36-26 on my college sides. Been making a lot of money playing college totals as my record stands at 28-11 for the season (Can be seen on my "Total Package" thread.) My plays this week are as follows....

    UCONN +17 at CINCINNATI

The past few weeks have been tough on the Huskies. They've had to play through the death, funeral, and police investigation of one of their most beloved players. I'm not suggesting that this tragedy is completely behind them, but I do think that enough time has passed that they can legitimately dedicate a game to their fallen comrade. This is the one. Expect UConn to give it their best in this marquee night game in Ohio. Take the generous points.

    ILLINOIS +7 at MINNESOTA

Gonna take that ass-whoopin' that these Illini gave Michigan last week as a strong "buy" signal. They had a miserable start to the season but they've got some momentum behind them now. The Illini have a superior ground game than the Golden Gophers. Minnesota had a nice Halloween night victory against Michigan State last week, but they have no right laying over a field goal in this game. Go with the dog.

    OKLAHOMA -4 at NEBRASKA

I'm going against a lot of other bettors on this one, as this betting line has dropped from -6 to -4. Somebody must see something that I don't. The Cornhuskers have only beaten Florida Atlantic, Arkansas State, Baylor, and Missouri. That's not much! The Sooners meanwhile have been snakebit by injuries, but still have only been beaten by BYU, Miami, and Texas....by a grand total of 5 points! They have the #1 scoring defense in the country, the #4 rush defense, and the #6 pass defense. The Sooners are by far the better team. Lay the points.

OHIO STATE +5 at PENN STATE

The two things you can count on the Buckeyes to do are to dominate the Big 10 and lay an egg in any other important game. Sure, they got stunned by Purdue a few weeks back and their QB is mediocre at best....but this is too many points to give them in a conference tilt. This game's a toss-up. Take the 5 point advantage going in.

    MEMPHIS +26 at TENNESSEE

Yeah, I know the Tigers suck. Big time. But this is a huge game for them, as they would love to have something.... anything....to feel good about this year. The Vols meanwhile are in a textbook scheduling sandwich and Coach Kiffin figures to be playing a lot of scrubs late in this one. Too many points.

    FLORIDA STATE +9- at CLEMSON

The Seminoles defense is uncharacteristically putrid this season, as they're allowing nearly 30 ppg. They're scoring 32 ppg themselves though, getting it done mostly through the air. This is a lot of points to be giving a team that can score in bunches. Don't the oddsmakers remember that night last month when FSU rode into Provo and shocked BYU? My money says they do it again here. For me it's 1/2 unit taking the points, and another 1/2 unit on money line (+315). If I lose both, I'm down a unit. If I hit the side but not the money line, it's a push. If I hit both, I'm up two units (give or take.)

    USC -10 at ARIZONA STATE

Tough loss last week for the Trojans. They were beaten and beaten soundly by the Oregon Ducks. No way to make any excuses for that one. But you and I both know that they have much better players than the Sun Devils. Coach Carroll ain't gonna let 'em feel sorry for themselves for too long. This week they get back in the win column in a big way. Lay it.

    As always, best of luck.
